DMCA Policy

Markt Iran Krieg is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to respond to such notices.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Markt Iran Krieg service, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth in this policy.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA Notice of Infringement with Markt Iran Krieg, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

  3. Sufficient information to permit Markt Iran Krieg to contact you: This includes your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

DMCA Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted on Markt Iran Krieg was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us. To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication provided to our designated Copyright Agent and include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Markt Iran Krieg may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
